The MIT-400FV composite melt index tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T3682-2000, ASTM D1238-98 standards, and similar standards such as JB/T5456 and ISO1133, for measuring the mass flow rate (MVR) and volume flow rate (MFR) of thermoplastic melts. The measurement of the mass flow rate of the melt is carried out by automatic sampling and weighing with a balance; The determination of melt volume flow rate is achieved through displacement sensors and automatic timing systems. Firstly, the time required for the piston to move a specified distance is measured, and then the volume flow rate is calculated according to the formula. The final results of both measurement methods are displayed on the instrument's LCD screen and output by a microprinter. This instrument measures data accurately, is easy to operate, intuitive and clear, and has stable and reliable performance.
